What I did:

  • Recommended products to hair care consumers, which resulted in a 10% increase in company clientele and improved processes while delivering excellent customer service.

  • Managed the development of digital marketing programs and created social media posters to promote virtual hair care workshops during Covid-19, resulting in a 60% consumer attendance.
